A highlight of the exhibition is the International Culinary Challenge, which will feature over 600 local and international chefs competing across 25 categories over four days. This includes chefs, F&B service staff, pastry chefs, and bartenders from both the Maldives and beyond, showcasing their culinary talents and competing for six main awards. The judging panel consists of award-winning WAC certified chefs and top culinary professionals. Certificates awarded at this challenge hold significant recognition worldwide, signifying a major achievement for participants.
